Thailand, 14th century

THB 0.00

Thai celadon 14th century ; Phan kilns, Northern Thailand

Diameter: 27cm

Phan celadons are considered the finest of all the Thai celadon ceramics and possibly the earliest before the Sawankhalok kilns of Sukhothai. The clay is finely grained allowing finely potted forms to be evenly glazed thus giving a soft texture and appearance similar as seen on early Korean celadons.

This dish is of exceptional quality and in perfect condition.
